Abdominal exercises

Name of exercise:    MEDICINE BALL TWISTS
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Stand back to back with your work out partner.  Take a medicine ball and hand it to your partner in clockwise direction.  Do 15+ repetitions in one direction and then reverse and go in the counter clockwise direction.

Don't Forget to: Keep the arms in. Use the torso to turn around into position.  Don't just pass the ball around with your arms.
Equipment needed: Medicine ball, work out partner.
Muscles worked: Obliques.
