| What to do: | For this exercise you need an exercise partner. For the first repetition have your partner simply hand the medicine ball to you. Holding the ball high up on your chest go down into a sit up and then come back up. When you come up throw the ball to your partner. Your partner then will throw the ball back to you and you will let the momentum of the ball take you back down. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down. |

| Don't Forget to: | Although you are letting the momentum of the weight and direction of the ball take you down into the beginning sit up position the point is to resist the momentum. Keep your abdominal muscles tight throughout the entire set. | ||||
