| What to do: | Lay flat on your back and bring your knees up. Place a medicine ball between your knees and squeeze it as tight as you can so it will stay there. Support your head with a towel and simultaneously lift your knees (and therefore the medicine ball) and bring your shoulder blades off of the ground doing a crunch. Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down. |
