Abdominal exercises

Name of exercise:    LEGS UP CRUNCHES
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Lay down on your back on a mat and put your legs up in the air with about a 90 degree angle in your knees.  Support  your head (not your neck) with the towel.  Curl the upper body up doing a crunch and be sure to keep tension in the abdominal muscles throughout the entire set.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down. 

Don't Forget to: For a slightly more advanced crunch simultaneously lift your butt and legs slightly as you bring your upper body up for the crunch.
Equipment needed: Towel, mat.
Muscles worked: Abdominal muscles.
