Abdominal exercises

Name of exercise:    LEG RAISE OFF INCLINE
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Lay down face up on a sit up bench with your head on the high end as shown.  Point your toes & bring your feet together.  Grab onto the bench firmly with your hands and lift your legs in the air.  Exhale as you come up and inhale as you bring the legs back down.

Don't Forget to: Make sure you pivot from the hip joint and not the knees.  Don't touch the floor with your feet on the bottom.
Equipment needed: Sit up bench.
Muscles worked: Abdominal muscles, especially lower abs.
