Abdominal exercises

Name of exercise:    DUMBBELL OBLIQUE BENDS
Start Position Finish Position
What to do: Hold a dumbbell down the side of your body in one hand.  Place the other hand behind your head.  Suck the abdominal muscles in nice and tight from the belly button.  Bend over to the side bringing the dumbbell as high up your side as you can all the while keeping your arm straight.  Bend back and forth to the side.  Do an entire set with the dumbbell in one hand and then switch hands and do the other side.
Don't Forget to: Suck the abdominal muscles in and go slow enough to really feel the burn.
Equipment needed: Dumbbell.
Muscles worked: Oblique muslces.
