Abdominal exercises

Name of exercise:    BALL RAISE OFF INCLINE
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Lay down on a sit up machine with your head on the high end of the bench.  Grab an exercise ball right in the middle of the ball with you inner calf and ankles.  Lift the ball in the air exhaling as you lift up.  Inhale as you bring the ball back down.

Don't Forget to: Try to keep your lower back on the bench.  Also, don't let the ball touch the floor on the way down.
Equipment needed: Sit up bench, exercise ball
Muscles worked: Abdominal muscles, especially the lower abs
