Abdominal exercises

Name of exercise:    ABFLEXOR
Start Position
Finish Position
What to do:

Lay on your back on the Abflexor machine.  Put your knees over the knee pads and your feet behind the foot pads.  Place your elbows on the elbow rests and grab the handles with your hands.  Pull your knees up and towards your chest bringing the machine alone with you.  Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.

Don't Forget to: Try to keep the lower back on the machine.  To help with this put a pad under your lower back as shown. 
Equipment needed: This is the ABFLEXOR machine by Life Fitness.
Muscles worked: Abdominal muscles with emphasis on the lower abs.
